IMAGETAG SELECTS RINA SINGER DELMONICO
FOR ADVISORY BOARD

Panel of Industry Experts to Provide Strategic Counsel

CHANDLER, AZ (January 17, 2001) - ImageTag Inc., the first company with a fast and simple way to manage paper digitally, has announced the selection of Rina Singer Delmonico to its advisory board. The board will meet quarterly and will provide the growing Chandler-based company with credible outside counsel for every aspect of the business.
Rina Delmonico is Founder and CEO of REN Consulting, Inc., which has doubled its growth each year. She has also been appointed by the Governor of the State of Colorado as an Information Management Commissioner acting as a private sector CIO to assist the CIO of the State of Colorado in managing the IT needs for the State of Colorado. She is also the Executive Director for the University of Colorado Denver's Center for Information Technology Innovation (CITI) program. She also acts as CTO on a number of Corporate advisory boards for various software and hardware companies. Formerly, Ms. Delmonico was CIO for Schwinn Cycling & Fitness. In this position she transformed the IT department into a proactive organization which was instrumental in leading Schwinn to its current level of success.
Serving on the board with Ms. Delmonico will be Doug Johnson, senior vice president and director of marketing for Hewlett-Packard Imaging & Printing Systems; Greg Lewis, manager of the Post-it Flags and Commercial Print Media department at 3M; Nels Paine, founder and managing director of Paine Pacific LLC, a mergers and acquisitions firm specializing in buy/sell preparation and transactions for emerging growth and middle market companies; Anthony Azar, U.S. managing director of Paine Pacific, El Paso office; and Gayle L. Greer, co-founder and a principal of GS2.Net, an Internet management services firm.
